Return and Refund Policy

Every Recovewrist band and bezel is made to order for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns for change of mind — but we absolutely stand behind our products.

If something's wrong — your item arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong thing — email hello@recovewrist.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.
